Tasks

Work directly with a top level executive. You will follow and support their daily work and receive mentoring on a regular basis
You will contribute from the start to core projects within functional areas like finance, technology, marketing, people development etc.
The programme includes a global trainee seminar in Asia
You will have visibility with top level executives giving you the opportunity to build a global network
You will have the opportunity to explore and find out where you will have the biggest impact after the programme

Qualifications

BSc or MSc with excellent academic results
Graduating in 2016 or no more than two years of relevant work experience following completion of your degree
Meritorious; studies and/or work abroad, initiatives/interests alongside studies
You are ambitious and looking for a management career path
Excellent oral and written English

Personal qualities

Willingness to learn
Strong interpersonal skills and intercultural understanding
Strong analytical skills and a business mindset
Team player
Proactive, organized, and with a "can do" attitude
