We are currently seeking to fill the exciting position as Head of Cloud ERP, a strategic and operative role. Our Head of Cloud ERP will be accountable for our go to market strategy, implementing our global best practices in Norway, managing our team of excellent consultants and be responsible for recruiting great talents.

The Cloud ERP unit utilize modern SaaS and Robotics components as well traditional technologies such as Salesforce, Oracle, Successfactors and SAP in the cloud. As Head of Cloud ERP, you will collaborate together with our global delivery team and local ERP experts. You will lead consultants that have a strong technical and / or business insight to advice and build our clients’ cloud ERP solutions.

Capgemini has a strong track record on delivering ERP solutions to some of the largest companies in Norway and abroad. We experience a considerable demand for Cloud ERP deliveries and as Head of Cloud ERP you will have a unique position to develop our business unit further.

• You have the ability to lead a team of strong Cloud ERP professionals as well as experts in fields such as HR, Supply chain, Finance and Business Process tools.
• You have a broad understanding of and passion for current ERP trends, their impact on business strategies, and their implications for senior management in creating and sustaining competitive advantage and transforming business.
• You have a global perspective and the ability to leverage experiences across industries.
• You can diagnose and develop execution plans for Cloud ERP related topics:
• Demonstrated understanding of the business drivers, financial and operational issues, expected and actual benefits, challenges, solutions and industry trends
• Hands-on, real-time experience with noteworthy technology engagements
• Experience with IT strategy, technology and operational issues
• An outstanding academic and professional record of achievements
