We are looking for experienced elevator and service technicians to Sweden

We are currently looking for experienced elevator technicians and service technicians for our customers, large and well-known players in the elevator and escalator industry. Most of our vacancies are located in Stockholm, but we are also looking for technicians for other parts of the country such as Gothenburg and Malmö.

As an elevator- or service technician, the role includes to install, repair, and to some extent modernize elevators. You will be employed by Barona for six months, working at our customers’ site. After six months the employment may be taken over by our client.

We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in technology and deep knowledge in the field. We need you to have:

• Documented experience working with elevators and/or work in electro-mechanics
• Secondary education with technical direction, preferably electrical or building technical focus is qualifying
• Driver’s license
• Language skills in Swedish or English is a requirement
• Working in a structured and organized manner and not afraid to take initiative
• Service oriented mind

Personal characteristics
As the elevator technician you work independently with a focus on both the work process and the end result. You should have good prioritization skills, be able to take initiative and see varied tasks as part of the work. The customer keeps a high level of service and have very good social skills.
