Danske Bank is looking for Security Manager

Do you have a passion for investigations, security and risk mitigation? Are you ambitious and do you want to work with internal investigations in a large, complex and global organization as responsible of internal fraud investigations?
You will have a high degree of independence whilst performing a managing role, leading ad hoc cross-country, cross-functional and cross-department teams undertaking investigations. You will be accountable for allocating and managing resources and managing the investigation into internal fraud and/or security incidents.

When not occupied with investigations you will work on building and improving this work area as well as participate in other duties and ad hoc tasks of tfhe department.
You are accountable for leading, coordinating and undertaking complex and sensitive investigations that may affect strategic or operational outcomes.

You will be required to review the quality of work undertaken by others within an investigative team.

As this area is in its infancy, you will play an important and exiting role in building the framework and strategy within this area and you are expected to have experience and in-depth knowledge of investigative tools and methods and you have worked with multinational colleagues in cross-border investigations before.
 
Responsibilities
As Security Manager you:

• Lead, supervise and/or work collaboratively with colleagues assigned to the investigations team
• Ensure investigation outcomes are delivered to a high standard including the preparation of high quality briefs of evidence to management.
• Review the quality of work of others within the work area and ensure investigations are completed in accordance with the law.
• Build and sustain positive relationships, and liaise, negotiate and work with other areas of the business and external agencies and authorities.
• Adhere to, interpret, and apply legislation, regulations and operating policies in order to determine the appropriate course of action.
• Take the initiative to identify training needs and develop others within your work area
• Take appropriate action to identify root causes during an investigation and provide suggestion for mitigation strategies
• Exercise a high level of influence in the work area enabling continuous improvement and innovation.

Structured and highly motivated
You are a structured person with a positive can-do attitude and the ability to plan, execute and deliver on time and you understand that expectations are high. You are an experienced specialist within your industry, you like to plan and solve tasks independently and you possess the following skills and attributes:

• Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications relevant to the lead complex investigations, preferably from the financial or a similar industry.  
• Demonstrated experience in providing technical and policy advice in relation to complex issues associated with a financial crime, or fraud, criminal investigation and the like.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills in English to present complex investigations to a range of stakeholders.

You accept to travel and occasional off-hour support is required. You can be expected for shorter periods to work at the location of an ongoing investigation, typically in a Nordic/Baltic country.
