We are looking for an international business developer for our office in Bergen. We need someone who knows how to run a business and add value to our portfolio by seeking opportunities all over the world. Your focus will be on finding new projects, and make sure that the business runs smoothly, so that we can focus on creating amazing architecture. You will work closely with our architects and it is important that you understand what we want to accomplish.
You are very independent and you have the ability to understand our business and what we aim to achieve. You are a thinker and a person who can learn on your own and demand little guidance in order to make things happen.

Professional qualifications
- Master’s degree/MBA
- Proven track record from developing businesses for 5 - 10 years
- Digital understanding and knowledge
- Architectural understanding and an eye for aesthetic details
- Skillful negotiator
- English fluently, oral and written
