500-600 meter fra BangTao stranden ligger ferieeiendommen «BAAN CHAI NAA» som er perfekt for storfamilien, vennegjengen, bryllup, runde tall etc.
På Baan Chai Naa jobber to faste ansatte: Ovi og Win. De bor i et eget hus på eiendommen og har ansvaret for gjestenes ve og vel. Hushjelpen Win har ansvar for all kjøkkentjeneste, lager frokost, vasker og rydder opp, samt holder rent alle rom daglig.
Vaktmester Ovi har ansvaret for alt ellers på eiendommen og handler inn mat o.l for gjestene dersom dette ønskes.

Frokost: Ovi og Win lager frokost til våre gjester. Gjestene betaler for maten som Ovi handler på butikken når han kommer med kvittering. Mat er billig i Thailand. Tilberedning av maten er inkludert i leien.
Daglig rengjøring: Enkel rengjøring av rom daglig. Skift av sengetøy gjøres hver lørdag. Håndklær byttes ved behov.
Hjelp til handling: Det går mye drikkevarer som vann, brus, etc. i varmen. Ovi bestiller dette direkte fra butikk, og får det levert på huset.
Gratis høyhastighets internett: Det er trådløst gratis fibernett på hele eiendommen.
Transport fra flyplassen til villaen: Dette er en valgfri tjeneste vi tilbyr mot en ekstra kostnad. Vi har en fast taxisjåfør med minibuss som vi har brukt i mange år. Han kjører fint og trygt i et ellers rotete trafikkbilde.
Vask av klær: Win vasker tøy for deg så du ikke trenger å pakke for mange uker...(dette er inkludert i leien).
Stort svømmebasseng og Jacuzzi: som fritt kan brukes til alle døgnets tider

Eiendommen: fremstår som et minihotell og har alle hotellfasiliteter. Den består av et hovedhus og to bungalower på totalt 460 kvadratmeter. Eiendommen leies kun ut i sin helhet, ikke rom for rom. Det betyr at våre gjester disponerer alt alene. Jo flere dere er, jo billigere blir det per person! Dersom dere er flere enn 6 personer, leier dere billigere hos oss enn på et hotell med tilsvarende standard. Eiendommen er svært godt vedlikeholdt. Eiendommen er sikret med tyverialarmer samt brann og tyverisikkert skap for oppbevaring av gjestenes verdisaker.

Rom: Eiendommen har 7 store soverom, 1 mindre soverom og et felles kjøkken. Vi deler rommene på Baan Chai Naa inn i A, B og C. Der A og B er bungalower, og C er hovedhuset. Alle rom har eget bad, A/C (aircondition) og kjøleskap. Vi har også gode senger og norske sommerdyner.

Romstørrelsen er 30 (i bungalowene) og 40 (i hovedhuset) kvadratmeter, så dette er med andre ord luftige rom. Det er dør (som kan lukkes og låses) mellom rommene (A1&A2, B1&B2, C1&C2) slik at barna kan føle seg trygge og tatt vare på. C3 er rommet som er mest privat da dette ligger for seg selv. A3 er et mindre soverom for store grupper.

Vi har 10 ekstrasenger som kan settes opp etter behov. De er inkludert i leien. Vi har også to barnesenger (kan brukes gratis) og en-to barnestoler (fra ikea) som kan brukes ved behov.

Kjøkken C4: I hovedhuset finnes et stort felles kjøkken som en kan benytte seg av. Rommet er utstyrt med A/C. I samme rom har vi en sofakrok der du kan se på TV. Vi har samlet opp et utvalg DVD filmer, samt et hundretalls norske bøker.

Svømmebasseng: Utendørs svømmebasseng på 11x6 meter tilsatt salt for topp velvære. Bassenget er 155cm dypt. Vi har også solsenger rundt bassenget.
Jacuzzi: i tilknytning til bassenget har vi en stor jacuzzi som er 40-50cm dypt. Dette ligger i skyggen inne under hovedterrassen. Passer derfor perfekt for å unngå solbrente barn, og for nedkjøling.

Terrasse: Utenfor hovedhuset er en overbygd terrasse på 140 kvadratmeter som fungerer som eiendommens storstue med spisebord og salong tilpasset 20 personer. Her har vi fem vifter i taket. På terrassen ligger temperaturen mellom ca. 25 og 30 grader året rundt, morgen og kveld! :-) Begge bungalowene har overbygde terrasser med sittegrupper og vifte i taket.

Eksotisk hageanlegg: på eiendommen som er på 1,2 mål. Vi har også en koselig fiskedam ved inngangspartiet som er spennende for barna. Perfekt for småbarn å leke på gresset. Her har vi også plassert to solstoler et stykke borte fra svømmebassenget så du kan sole deg mens du holder øye med barna.

Strøm: Strømmåler avleses ved ankomst og avreise, og strøm betales i henhold til faktisk forbruk. Ved fullt belegg og fornuftig bruk av A/C kommer regningen på 8-10.000 THB pr. uke.

Sykkelbod: Vi har 8-10 sykler som gjestene fritt kan disponere under sitt opphold.


BangTao by: Bangtao er liten, intim og stille. Her er det ingen forstyrrende natteliv, altså perfekt for barnefamilier. Dersom du vil oppleve natteliv anbefaler vi deg å ta turen til Patong, som kun er en 20 minutters biltur unna.

I BangTao har vi et spennende lokalt marked hver mandag og torsdag hele året med salg av mat, klær, sminke, vesker etc. Vi har noen lokaler minimarter/lokale butikker samt den noe større Tesco Lotus (matvarer) samt. frisører, massasje og minigolf finnes også i gangavstand fra eiendommen.

Andre tjenester:
Dersom du har andre ønsker så snakk med Ovi. Han er behjelpelig med det meste. Eksempler på dette kan være:
- Booke restaurant reservasjoner
- Bestille massasje til huset
- Kokk på huset: Ovi er en fremragende kokk og lager gjerne festmat på huset. Det er ikke få 30-40-50-60 og 70 årsdager han har stelt mat til. Mange gjester bestiller han til å lage mat flere ganger i uken. (Gjester betaler for maten og lønn til kokken med hjelpere for overtidsarbeid).
- Lære å lage thai mat, Ovi underviser gjerne våre gjester.
- Hjelp til å bestille utflukter, transport og turer. Det er mulighet for mange kjekke utflukter i området.
- Leie av moped: Ovi kjenner til hvor det er lurt å leie moped i området. Husk å ordne internasjonalt førerkort før du reiser ned.

We can also highly recommended Ovi’s banquet, it was worth the price with a huge amount of food and one of, if not the best meal we had in Phuket. Also the daily breakfasts were great. Our group had a wonderful stay at Erik's place. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The villa was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our big group for the 4 days we were there. Ovi, was absolutely the highlight of our stay. He was helpful, kind, and an amazing cook and organizer. We had amazing breakfasts throughout our stay and on the last night, we also had Ovi cook us a seafood bbq dinner which was awesome as well. I wish I could bring Ovi home with us! Overall, I would highly recommend Erik's place for groups. It was a truly wonderful experience, and I would definitely book again if we ever visit Phuket again.

Bassenget og uteområdet er flott for underholdning. The place is exactly as described on the site. After reaching the place feels even more beautiful and it is very well maintained by the team working there. The Manager there Mr. Ovi, he is a gem of a person and very helpful and forthcoming. He really made our stay there memorable and perfect. You inform him a day in advance, what is required the next day and he will support you to make it happen - be it buying groceries or having a different breakfast option. The villas are very well spread out across the property surrounding the pool. The breakfast area and the sit outs are the perfect place for lazy mornings. They have a functional Jacuzzi to cater to our needs. It's a perfect place for Holiday with family - away from the hustle bustle. Its closer to Surin beach which is a 5 -8 minutes' walk, where you can alternatively have lunch/dinner at the beach shacks.

Erik is very responsive to our questions. Villa is lovely and very clean. There are live-in villa helpers who are amazing and made the stay memorable. They helped us with coordination of transport, meals and reservations. You can request for them to cook your meals if you like. They also have bicycles for you to cycle around the area. The pool is huge, clean and ideal to chill in. Also a very cute shy dog - Lala. Probably one of the best villa stays EVER. Definitely will recommend if you have a big group :)

We spent 2 nights there and wished we could have spent more. Ovi and the rest of the staff there were very friendly and helpful. We were a big family yet there was a lot of space for all of us. Me and my wife decided to have a small wedding in Thailand. After looking through many villas, we found Baan Chai Naa. Right from the first response I got the impression of professional, polite, and great customer service. Since we decided to organize the wedding ourselves, and being the first time in Thailand ever, Erik together with the Villa manager, Ovi, helped us so much to arrange. Upon arriving to the villa we were greeted by Ovi. Our stay as well as our wedding would not have been made possible without the help and services Ovi provided. He did his absolute best to make sure that everything was alright. He helped with decoration, arranging photo location at the beach, helped with groceries, etc. We asked him to cook our meals for us during our stay and it was the best food I had throughout our whole stay in Thailand. The villa was cleaned constantly during our stay. The location is also very peaceful, with many points of interest nearby. I would definetly like to stay again.

Highly recommend staying here. We had the most amazing time and were truly spoiled by Ovi and his wife who looked after us so well. Breakfast was always amazing and the Thai dishes they cooked for us in the evenings were the best we had on the island. The accommodation is simply fantastic. We were a mixed group of 10 people who needed a base for a few days following a sailing trip. Baan Chai Naa was absolutely perfect for us. A great villa set up with rooms overlooking the central courtyard and pool. The thing that really makes this place though, are the staff who manage the property - Ovi and Win are the most brilliant, kind and friendly staff and are exceptional in their roles. As a side note, we would highly recommend opting in on the Thai Banquet offering which Ovi and Win can provide - we ate out numerous times on our holiday and the food was not a patch on what these guys serve up! Don’t waste any more time searching for a place and just get this place booked!

We really enjoyed our stay and wished we had more time to spend there! The airbnb is true to the pictures shown and everything was perfect. The place was huge and really comfortable for a group of ten. We had so much fun in the private jacuzzi and pool! We were also well taken care of by Ovi and the rest of the staff who kept the place clean everyday. Thanks Erik for the quick replies prior to our trip! The airbnb is about 30 to 45mins away from patong /old phuket town area, and be sure you can find transport if you have a full itinerary in town. An ideal group size is 10 as most vans can only take that number of people for about 800+baht per way. The first day it was raining and the roads were flooded and we could not find any drivers to take us to our lunc. Transport is easy using grab/bolt on sunny days but you may like to arrange for them to cook breakfast and lunch if you prefer the convenience.

Baan Chai Naa was a wonderful find. Upon arriving everyone in our party complimented the villa and immediately loved the pool. The rooms are clean and spacious with soft beds and nice bathrooms. The location is excellent, just 6 minutes away to Bang Tao Beach by bike, which you can borrow at the villa. Most important, Khun Ovi and the staff took great care of us, cooked delicious food, and accommodated our requests for groceries and late checkout. 100% would recommend and stay again.

A wonderful place to stay. We were two families, although the space is large enough for 3-4 families very comfortably. We did a day tour with Samart out to the James Bond island- the highlight of our time in Phuket. We did two dinner meals prepared by Uvi- both were Delish. We used the bikes to get around town and down to the beach. The outdoor space is lovely- with ceiling fans to keep it cool all day long.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa, which was perfect for our large family holiday. The layout of the villa and pool was ideal, as we could socialise and eat together in the main outdoor area (which has a large dining table and also plenty of sofas), and then everyone could go off to their own private rooms at the end of the night. The entire villa and rooms are all very well kept and maintained, including the garden and pool. The rooms are all nicely decorated with lovely furnishings. Nice additional benefits also included things like bicycles and pool towels. The villa manager, who lives at the back of the villa, was very welcoming and attentive - he was never too far away should we have needed anything. If I ever need a large villa to rent in this area in the future, I would definitely book this again!

This house is a dream! - room with two sets of bunk beds with en-suite bathroom was perfect for a gaggle of under 10yo girls. - separate buildings (read: no shared walls) ensured the parents could get a great night sleep - nighttime reading lights allow late readers to keep the peace with their bedmate - fans were very powerful and kept the rooms cool. Air con was sparingly used keeping costs down - housekeeper and caretaker, Ovi was a dream! ——Fabulous cook who made more than enough delicious food for all of us. ——helped us get bicycles suited for everyone in our party ——anticipated out wants and needs with groceries ——helpful and very friendly without being intrusive - villa’s pool and garden is lovely, spacious, extremely well maintained with plantings: bougainvillea, orchids, other blossoms - my personal favorite place was the large outdoor living room with comfortable couches, a large table, coasters, pillows, and many ceiling fans to create a breeze and keep mosquitos at bay - WiFi was abundant throughout - beautiful Bangtao beach only a 2 minute magical bicycle ride away - plenty of tourist type shops and restaurants within walking or bicycling distance Truly a magical place for a holiday with friends and family or a delightful retreat with a smaller group. Erik is a wonderful host who replies very promptly and it was a blast staying over at his property! Rooms were large, clean and comfortable to stay in. Erik was even able to accommodate a large group such as ours happily! The outdoor sitting area has to be our favourite area of the property as there was where we spend most of our time talking, socializing eating and drinking. 11/10!

Ja så har vi kommet hjem igjen etter 2 fantastiske uker på Baan Chai Naa. Først vil Vi takke hjertligst for blomsterhilsen fra deg, Ovi og Win i anledning vårt 50 års gullbryllup. Ovi og Win ble engasjert av oss til å lage en festaften med mat og drikke på lørdagen etter en ukes opphold. Helt ubeskrivelig hvordan de to og deres hjelper disket opp. Hver morgen kl.09.00 sto frokosten dekket med stekt bacon egg pålegg og mye forskjellige frukter samt kaffe melk og juice, hva med kan en forlange.
Deretter var det tur ned til stranden for de som ønsket det eller noen ønsket å være igjen i bassenget. Lunch ble som stort sett nede på stranden med en kald Singa. Middagene var igjen ett felles måltid på en av de mange restaurantene men vi kan nevne for eks mini golfen ble hyppig besøkt. Vi gjorde også et besøk på Tony`s restaurant som du anbefalte, men her fikk vi ikke den helt gode opplevelsen, men maten var god.
Totalt sett er vi meget godt fornøyd med 2 uker på Baan Chai Naa og vi vil helt klart ta kontakt med Ovi og Win igjen når vi kommer til Thailand ved en senere anledning. Vi har tross alt vært i Thailand jevnt og trutt siden 1994.

Nok en gang, mange takk for oppholdet og de to enestående ansatte Ovi og Win som ble nesten som familiemedlemmer og regne.

Perfect place to spend a weekend with a big group! Location is very convenient: close to Tesco (5min bicycle), beach (same) and restaurants. Bedrooms are clean and spacious, garden and terrasse are perfect as you can literally live outside but without direct sun, and the pool and jacuzzi are amazing! Erik, Owie and his wife are always available and keen on making your life even better! We liked the flexibility on the check-out time as well! I recommend this place.

Fantastic villa! It has everything a family needs to have a nice vacation, clean rooms, the nicest pool, the loveliest terrace with 6 big couches! We had the Best vacation at this beautiful House, but it would NOT have Been the same without Owi and Win - the most lovely couple making sure we didn’t miss anything during our stay, they are heartwarming and makes you feel right at home! Also the driver connected to the villa is the Best! He makes sure to book your tours! He even joined us as a personel tourguide on one of our tours with a private boat. He also can give you very good prices on the tours. We are definately coming back to this House sometime in the future.

We are avid travellers and visited over 25 different countries worldwide. We are more than happy to rate Baan Chai Naa as the best accommodation that we have experienced so far. The photos and video does not really do justice, it is even better when you get there. Superberbly maintained and great for a reunion. The icing on the cake is truly the team managing the place, word itself cannot justify how lovely these people are. Ovi, Win and the young assistant (Thathmon, hope I got the spelling correct) are true gems, nothing is a problem at all, they are ever ready to assist when needed. There are 7 generous bedrooms with ensuits, and all have airconditioning units, linen are of a high standard, great pillows, towels are changed daily, a big generous kitchen including a coffee machine. A big salt water pool and a outdoor undercover jet spa with a huge undercover entertainment area, was ideal for our family reunion of 11 adults and 2 kids. Thanks for your great efficient communication all the way and a huge thank you to Ovi & Win.

My family and i have just returned from a lovely 4 nights 5 days stay at Baan Chai Naa. Ovi, the residence manager and his lovely wife Win were absolutely brilliant! We were blown away by their home cooked meals that have been specially prepared for us every morning and a dinner night in at the villa. Inquiries and request were met immediately; we made full use of the bikes that were made available to us (such a great amenity), the entire property was kept in a clean state. The pool was an absolute highlight for the kids who spent 80% of their time swimming in their special saltwater pool. Everything about the villa was thought about right down to the tinest of detail. Erik, a super superhost indeed, entertained all my inquries from the very second i booked the villa to the very day of our stay. His response to each message is very quick. I am thoroughly impressed. We had an amazing time at Baan Chai Naa and will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

First the villa is really beautiful, clean, comfortable. The rooms are in very good condition, mattresses and pillows very nice, showers with hot water for everybody (even if you are a big group!), wi-fi very efficient too. There is also a speaker to put some music by bluetooth. The swimming pool is big, just be careful if you come with kids, it's pretty deep (around 1,60 m). It's walking distance from the beach (15 mn), which is very convenient. Beach is beautiful and you can find massages, restaurants, and go in the sea. There isn't small convenient stores around the area, but Ovi is very helpful and can go buy something if you need (just need to pay the gasoline for the motorbike). Erik is very efficient if you have any question. We spend a great weekend with my friends (a 13 women group!) and everybody will return again there. The villa is 30min drive from the airport, another good point.

Wow! We are suffering from withdrawal symtoms. We love your place so much we want to buy 1 of our own too! :D Ovi was extremely helpful and informative. He is a gem to keep. He gets us quick information and goes way out to buy whatever we needed. The amenities provided were excellent and useful. Especially the bicycles and motorbike. It was one of the children's birthday and Ovi arranged balloons and decorated the place.. though not a grand decoration but still a pleasant surprise for everyone. Also.. we had fireworks! Thanks to Ovi! He villa was cleaned daily and we had good breakfast daily. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The villa is next to a wide open field, it was a pleasing change from our city life. Wonderful! Two thumbs up! Best host!! :D

Baan Chai Naa is one of the best place for all my trip. Also, Ovi and his wife are very kind and during stay in villa, they take care of all my family. I think they are better staff than hotels. Host Erik, always send back messages to me in about 1hour. That is very helpful for my family. Villa is at calm place and we can get some nice breeze from the beach. Near the villa, there are many good restaurants and massage shop. So that we had enjoyed Phuket all around Baan chai naa.

One word: WOW! We had an incredible experience from start to finish! Erik's communication from the moment we booked the property was prompt and thorough. We especially appreciated that Erik arranged our pick up at the airport. The drivers that he uses are very professional and knowledgeable. They visited with us and helped us arrange any outings that we wanted to take. They were not pushy and were very reasonably priced. Erik is a great host and has an amazing staff in Ovi and Win! We cannot say enough about them! This property is truly unique and even the pictures, as beautiful as they are, do not do it justice. One of the things we loved most was that the property has all the things we appreciate in a hotel yet still preserving all that we appreciate in a rental property. We loved having daily housekeeping to keep the rooms clean and the towels fresh. We also appreciated have individual rooms, each with a private bath so everyone in our group had their own space. What was most unique and most appreciated was Ovi and Win, the staff that live on the property. At first I didn't know how I would feel about having people present all the time, but Ovi and Win truly do make this property amazing! They are a delightful couple who go over and above to meet every need, to make incredible food, to keep the property sparkling clean, and to offer suggestions about local eateries, and so much more. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting this precious couple and will always remember them fondly. The property is nicely situated near enough to the beach and several local shops and eateries. We enjoyed visiting the local market on Monday and Thursday evenings to sample the authentic Thai cuisine and to do some shopping. We so appreciated having the use of the six bicycles. We used them so much to get to the beach, the 7-11, or to just take a stroll around. We loved everything about our stay and we would return in a heartbeat!

Baan Chai Naa 20.01.17-04.02.17

Etter ei lang reise fra Tromsø (med innstilte flyavganger og dårlig vær) kom vi endelig frem til Thailand, Bang Tao og Baan Chai Naa. Inne på eiendommen er alt flott, og standarden fantastisk med noen helt fantastiske flotte og gjestfrie mennesker som jobber her. Ovi er helt topp med sin hjelpsomhet uansett hva det måtte være. Win er også utrolig flott med sitt fine vesen, for ikke å snakke om lille Lala, en nydelig liten hund.

Vi har under oppholdet vært til sammen 22 stk her med barn og voksne, noe som har gått over all forventning. Ungene har badet, badet, badet og badet i bassenget og på stranda i tillegg til en tur i badeland.
Vi har vært på båt-turer, Phuket Fantasea, shopping i Phuket by og på markeder. Vi har også feiret 2 x10-års dager med fyrverkeri og kaker. Syklene har blitt flittig brukt.
Massasje på stranda har vi brukt flittig.

Det gjør stort inntrykk å se for et flott folkeslag Thailenderene er til tross for stor fattigdom og lite penger. Takknemlige, ærlige og gjestfrie folk, alltid hyggelige og blide.
Vi håper at vi kan komme tilbake til dette flotte stedet en gang. Vi tar med oss mange gode minner.

Tilbakemelding fra gjester jul/nyttår 2016-2017
Vi var slitne og trette da vi ankom Baan Chai Naa. Her var alt tilrettelagt, så små og store kunne bare senke skuldrene og slappe av. Ovi og Win de stiller opp, så servicen er helt på topp. Til og med Lala har gjort sine små dansende innhopp. Sykler, trimrom, basseng -det har vært flittig brukt. Vi har badet, hatt spa og vært på delfinshow, båt/øyer til zipline og Thailand jungel. Samart og Krit har ordnet og ventet/passet på når vi har vært på turer. :)

Ett av våre felles minner er julaften stelt i stand av Win og Ovi. :) En annerledes nyttårsaften fikk også med lykter som seilte avsted. Vi har vært fjorten med små og store. Denne hilsen er fra oss som returnerer til Oslo,Lillehammer/Nederland, Sogndal og Alta

Hei.
Vi hadde tre fantastisk flotte uker på Baan Chai Naa. Hele reisefølge på 13 storkoste seg, og hadde lite lyst til å reise hjem. Eiendommen var heilt topp, og passet for både store og små.
Ovi og Win var fantastiske under hele oppholdet. Både med renhold, matlaging, handling og diverse andre praktiske ting som vi trang hjelp til. Både Ovi og Win var to meget utadvente personer. Vi ble fort godt kjendt og glad i dem begge to.

I tillegg var det godt å ha Samart, som kjørte oss dit vi ønsket. Han ordnet også det praktiske som biletter og diverse på turene.
Under oppholdet fikk vi både besøkt orkideefarm, vært på fugleshow, slangeshow, elefantridning, kost med tigeren, besøkt tempel, the big buddah, gokart, snorkletur på Raya øyen, og besøkt James Bond Island. Og ellers storkost oss i bassenget og stranden.

På 60 års dagen til min kone laget Ovi og Win en uforglemmelig kveld. Det ble pyntet på eiendommen og på leiligheten med blomster og ballonger. De laget god thai-burmesisk mat, og kvelden ble avsluttet med et fantastisk fyrverkeri.
Vi håper at anledningen en gang byr seg slik at vi kan få oppleve stedet en gang til :-)

Et fantastisk opphold nærmer seg slutten, for denne gang.
Så må vi takke for alle blomstene til Elisabeth og Kari Annes bursdag. Det ser helt fantastisk ut her :-) Vi har bare hatt fint vær hele tiden, og Ovi og Win er bare helt strålende mennesker.

De stuller og steller hele dagen, så huset er alltid en perle. Er det noe, så fikser de ALT.
Så da er det vel bare å bestille for januar i 2016 igjen :-) Tenker da på 16/1-16 til 6/2 eller muligens til 13/2. Må komme tilbake på det etter at vi har kommet hjem og fått fordøyd litt av denne turen.Takk så langt.

Baan Chai Naa, 18.11.2014
Hei, min venn, bare et lite livstegn fra meg da jeg var på Phuket og bodde på Baan Chai Naa noen dager forleden. Tilfeldigvis kom det opp at du m/storfam. skal være der i julen. Det både kan og vil bli spesielt skulle jeg tro.

Vil bare nevne at dere uansett kan se frem til å glede dere over gode fasiliteter med store fine rom, flotte uteområder, dyreliv, bra strand, godt poolvann, greie spisesteder, turmuligheter etc. etc.. Betjeningen, Owi og Win er bare nr 1 og opptrer som levende ånder over stedet og hjelper til med det meste.
Klimaet vet jeg ikke stort om rundt juletider, men det var deilig blandet vær da vi var der. Uansett; det vil være godt og varmt og varm herlig ren sjø for oss nordboere. Selv syntes jeg kanskje morgenene og skumringen var de fineste tidene på dagen. Moskitoene var ikke plagsomme om en bare sprayet seg mot dem. Det gjorde vi og da var det ikke problemer med dem i det hele.

Baan Chai Naa 18.02.2012

When it was time to go home again after 3 absolutely wonderful weeks here in Thailand. It is our 3rd time here and we are going again in 2013 - it says it really all about how satisfied we are? !!! This year we celebrated our wedding down here - a great experience. Ovi and Aka did everything that the couple would get an unforgettable day. The ceremony took place on Bangtao Beach, dinner we ate at the Andaman and the rest of the day we had here at the house. We also cost us a lot around the pool and at the beach. Got also been on cashew factory and Orkidefarm. Must be allowed to boast Ovi and Aka- two lovely brothers who smiles all day long and not know what good they do.

Storfamilien som storkoste seg.
Begynner å komme ned på jorden igjen etter å ha svevet i skyene i deres fantastiske paradis i to uker som gikk så altfor fort! Tusen hjertelig takk for at vi fikk lov å leie Ban Chai Naa som er midt i blinken for storfamilien på tur. 3 generasjoner storkoste seg. Alle detaljer var tenkt på, lokal mobiltelefon, "norske" kontakter og ikke minst inter nett som gjorde at alle følte seg ekstra hjemme. Gode senger så alle sov veldig godt!
Doy og Ovi er et funn, så behjelpelige alltid smilende, blide og fantastiske til å lage mat. De gjorde 60 års dagen min uforglemmelig for alle, ikke minst for meg. Ovi er selvsagt meget stolt over sin skjønne sønn, "He is my future" Datteren til Doy som barnene fikk veldig god kontakt med er bare skjønn. Tragisk at hun ikke kan gå på skole uten å bli sendt tilbake til Burma (slik forstod jeg det). Hun ble er racer på spill på Ipaden og lærte nesten å svømme. Hvis det blir tatt noe initiativ til å hjelpe henne så håper jeg at jeg får vite om det for å eventuelt kunne være med å bidra. Synes at det var litt prematurt nå i og med at hun bare hadde vært der en måneds tid. (?)
Samart (vår faste sjåfør) er også et funn, behjelpelig med alt, både kjøring og billett bestillinger, da kom telefonen til sin rett! I og med vi var så mange så hjalp broren også til.
Alle er godt fornøyet med det vi fikk sydd hos Beta, leit at han ble syk så vi ikke fikk si adjø til ham. Håper at det ikke er noe alvorlig.
Nok en gang tusen hjertelig takk fra 8 voksen og 8 barn som har hatt en fantastisk tur og som håper på å kunne komme tilbake. Det er tydelig at dere har lagt mye omtanke i konseptet deres og dere har lykkes 150%. Turen ble for meg mye bedre enn jeg hadde drømt om.
